Who we are
Cache Valley Concrete is a locally owned concrete contractor based in Logan, Utah. We pour driveways, patios, walkways, stamped and decorative concrete, and commercial flatwork for homeowners, builders, property managers and business owners across the valley. We do not run a retail showroom or a public storefront. Instead we come to you: we visit the property, measure, look at the ground and drainage, and give you a written scope.
What we care about
- Doing the invisible work well: excavation, compacted gravel base, slope and drainage.
- Building for Cache Valley winters with air-entrained concrete, joints and curing.
- Telling you the truth about repair versus replacement.
- Writing clear scopes so you can compare bids.
- Respecting your property: protecting lawns, sprinklers and neighbors, and cleaning up.
How we work
Every project starts with a free on-site estimate. You tell us what you want, and we explain what the ground and the weather will allow. We write down the demolition, base, thickness, reinforcement, finish, joints and cleanup so there are no surprises. We schedule the work, protect the surrounding yard, pour and finish, and walk the finished job with you. The process guide shows each step.
What we do not claim
We keep our claims modest. This website does not publish a street address, license number, awards or customer ratings, and it does not list company prices. If you want to verify anything, call (435) 915-7985 and ask. We would rather earn your trust in a conversation at your property than in a slogan.
Where we work
Our service area is Logan and the rest of Cache Valley, including Smithfield, Hyrum, Providence, Wellsville and the towns on the areas page. Cache Valley extends into Idaho, and we welcome calls from there to confirm availability.
Residential and commercial experience
We work on small and large projects. A homeowner replacing a cracked walkway and a general contractor needing a warehouse slab both deserve a clear scope, a realistic schedule and honest advice about what will last. Residential customers tend to care about appearance and the first-winter performance; commercial customers about loads, drainage, schedule and cost over time. We keep both in mind and keep the paperwork simple.
Why we publish so many guides
Concrete decisions are expensive and hard to undo. We publish our guides so that customers can learn the basics before they call: what drives price, why Cache Valley winters are different, what de-icers do and what a warranty should say. An informed customer is easier to work with and gets a better result. If a guide helps you decide to wait, repair instead of replace, or use asphalt, that is fine with us.
Staying in touch
After a job, we encourage customers to call if they see a concern: a crack that widens, water that ponds, an edge that chips. Early calls make solutions simpler. We would rather hear about a small concern than have it grow, and we will tell you plainly whether a condition is normal for concrete or something to address.
